I made a similar comment on the other Bob Marley song. This round, I made a no-Bob-Marley rule for myself. He's sort of The Beatles of Caribbean music. Too easy. So, despite the obvious legendary status of the song, I'm gonna withhold a point, in favor of more obscure artists like Madonna or Bad Bunny.

When I saw this prompt, I thought, "I'm going to submit one reggae song, but it can't be Bob Marley." That low-hanging-fruit was simply hanging too low. So, I'm gonna hold you to my own self-imposed standard, and withhold a point. Sorry. One love.

I think this is a song about how words can be used to harm and manipulate, and that there's joyful simplicity to be found in nonsense. 

To me, the song itself isn't gobbledygook. It's a song about gobbledygook.
